ELFA is a member of the British Council Partnership Programme and an accredited Business to Business (B2B) IELTS Partner. Our staff are trained and supported by the British Council to provide a strong customer journey from registration and preparation through testing and results.

We recognise the gaps in learning and development in Cameroon, and we believe that expanding individual capacity is a basic condition for sustainable development.
